Anxiety and dread, sadness and depression, and signs of various emotionaland behavioral stressI do not help me as an adult to find the solution for my child !!!!
According to United Nations statistics, there are about one billion childrenliving in conflict areas, including nearly 300 million children underthe age of five! The United Nations Educational, Scientific and CulturalOrganization (UNESCO) explained that in 2013, about 28.5 million childrenwere out of school due to ongoing conflicts. What is happening in Palestine, the Gaza Strip in particular, and otherArab countries such as Syria, embodies the real suffering of the war onchildren, and targeting them in the most efficient way, so that childrenare the biggest victims and the biggest loser. . Most of the dead are children, and most of the wounded are children as well, and the rest of thechildren face major psychological problems as a result of wars and destructivemachines, in addition to the repercussions of wars from lack offood and water and even disrupting schooling.Wars and exposure to them affect children in a special way. They sufferfrom post-traumatic stress disorder, or what is medically called“post-traumatic stress disorder” (PTSD), which results from trauma as aresult of a real risk that may lead to this disorder. Like wars and whoeverintroduces them: feelings and signs of confusion, even detachmentfrom the environment, anxiety and panic, sadness and depression, andthe signs of emotional and behavioral stress are varied and different, while these symptoms increase and exacerbate.
